What the service is

InvoiceXYZ is a free tool for preparing invoices, quotes, receipts and similar documents. It is not an accounting, legal, tax or payment service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything in your documents: names, amounts, tax rates and treatment, CIS rates, payment details and any legal wording. Tax, CIS and fee figures are calculations based on what you enter. They do not confirm what rules apply to you.

Payment links

Check every payment link and bank detail before you send a document. We do not collect or process payments.

No guarantee

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it is error-free or that documents meet any particular legal or tax requirement. Keep your own copies of anything you need for your records.

Third parties

Ads and links to other sites are provided by third parties and governed by their own terms.
