Your invoices stay yours

Last updated October 25, 2026.

Your documents are made on your device

The calculations and PDF are produced in your browser. We do not receive or store your invoice contents, client names, addresses, tax IDs, logos or line items.

What is saved in your browser

If you turn on "Remember my business on this device", your business details, logo and recent clients are kept in this browser's local storage. We also store the last document number you used, so the next one follows on, and your light/dark preference. This data never leaves your device. Clear it at any time with your browser's site-data settings. Avoid saving details on a shared computer.

Download count

When you download a document, we add one to a public count of documents made on InvoiceXYZ. Only the number is stored — nothing about you, your device or what was in the document.

Advertising and cookies

InvoiceXYZ is free because it shows ads. We use Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show you ads based on those visits.

You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads or non-essential cookies are used, and can change that choice at any time.

Ad and analytics providers may receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. They never receive the contents of your documents.

Contact form

If you send us a message through the contact form, your name, email and message are delivered to our inbox by our form provider, Web3Forms. We use them only to reply to you, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.

Payment links

InvoiceXYZ does not process payments. Payment links you add point to services with their own privacy policies.
